Interior and cover designing of a book

I have a raw manuscript with images it's a collection of 37 poems with images in it I want to get its interior and cover designed for amazon kindle. Both in Ebook and Paperback form. It is around 100 pages with roughly 9000 words. I want print and publish-ready material both in ebook and formats to be exact. The price is negotiable but I want royal/eye-catching work.
