Hand-Illustrated Book Cover Design Needed

We are looking for an experienced illustrator/book cover designer to create a cover artwork in a style similar to the reference cover shared.

The new book title will be:

Sub-header: 10 Life Skills for Beyond the Classrooms

The design direction should follow the same broad visual language, layout feel, illustration style, and youthful energy of the reference cover, but it should be newly created for this title. The artwork must look hand-illustrated and professionally designed. It should not look AI-generated, and there should be no visible signs, artefacts, or hints of AI-generated imagery.

**Important Design Requirements:**

* The cover should be similar in style to the reference shared.
* The back cover should retain the yellow space as shown in the reference.
* The final design must be editable.
* The illustration should preferably be hand-created / hand-illustrated.
* No AI-generated artwork will be accepted.
* The design should work as a complete book cover spread and also as a separate front cover file.

**Final Output Required:**

* Artwork Size: **316 mm width x 239 mm height**
* Format: **CMYK**
* Editable vector file, preferably **Adobe Illustrator**
* A separate file with only the **front cover**
* Alternatively, a **layered PSD at 600 DPI** may be provided
* Print-ready files with all fonts, links, layers, and editable elements properly organized

**Timeline:**
The final output is required within **24 hours of awarding the project**.

**Preference:**
Freelancers with prior experience in **book cover design**, especially illustrated covers for children, teenagers, education, or life-skills books, will be preferred.
