Graphic Designer for Romantic Novella Cover

I'm seeking a skilled and creative graphic designer to design the book cover for my 5X8 novella, which is a coming-of-age, character-driven love story.

- Capture the essence of a coming-of-age, character-driven love story
- Cover, back, and spine
- Formatted properly for LuLu Publishing standards
- Formatted properly for Amazon KDP standards
- Artwork aesthetic must be authentic

Theme/Vibe of the book cover:
The design theme is: the protagonist (female) young woman of color, and the antagonists (two males) young men of color, backdrop is a city building (a modern skyscraper). I want the book cover, front and back, and spine to feel romantic, but strong and sophisticated.

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in Photoshop and/or similar software for graphic design. Proven experience and skills photography (the book cover features real human models). Seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and can provide a variety of samples of their work.
