YA Fiction Cover Design
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I'm looking for a talented illustrator to create a captivating book cover for a young adult fiction novel, called "The Changemakers". The cover should be abstract in style and include the following essential elements:
- Main character illustration
- Symbolic objects
- Setting or background detail
An exampleguide image, has been created using A.I, but it doesn't have all the elements necessary.
The mood or tone of the book is yet to be decided but could be romantic, adventurous, or mysterious.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in abstract illustration and digital illustration and image enhancement
- Experience with young adult fiction covers, understanding of front, spine and back cover, how they should "Pop" and blend.
- Strong understanding of mood and character representation
Must be a native English speaker, this is a challenging project, we need to be able to talk on the phone for an initial consultation.
Please provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work. This is the first of two projects, the second must begin immediately after the first.
