Dog's Point-of-View Book Cover Design

I have not had a good experience finding a skilled Graphic Artist who wants to take my concept/idea for Dog Book Cover written for adults. It's a fun background and child-like, but book was written from a Christian perspective. Storytelling from a Dog's point of view. It is filled with life coaching and relationship coaching situations, and answers many of life's questions. Seeking a talented Graphic Artist with strong business ethics who can breathe life into this unique book. Prefer someone living in US but will consider other if good fit. I will be providing image for background that you need to tweak, along with images of "3" realistic dogs. Are you up for this challenge? Timeframe is 3-4 days to complete. Budget $125.00 - $150.00 (with "1" milestone) upon completion of project and Amazon approval of both eBook and Paperback 6 X 9 files for me to upload. Author has agency experience pitching creative ideas, and respects other creative people. MUST BE FLUENT IN ENGLISH. I will be vetting (interviewing) Freelancers. Hint: Long pauses during interview is not good. I'm a Life Coach, Christian Author, a former Career Coach, and Expert Interview Coach. I live in Charleston, SC. USA. DUTIES: create rough draft, get my approval, final design. Prepare eBook and Paperback 6 X 9 files. If issue with files they must be fixed within 24 hours. I am very creative. Background image will be provided for front cover of eBook and Paperback, and may need to be tweaked to create my design concept.
