I am seeking a highly skilled designer to create a professional, print-ready A5 book cover for a clinical-spiritual manual titled:
Narrative Life Review for Spiritual Wellbeing
Structured Spiritual Care Intervention for Palliative, End-of-Life and Voluntary Assisted Dying Contexts

This book is not a commercial self-help product. It is a professional clinical manual used by Spiritual Care Practitioners in palliative, hospice and end-of-life settings — including VAD (Voluntary Assisted Dying). The design must communicate reverence, dignity, calmness, sacredness and academic legitimacy.

The design must look appropriate in a clinical healthcare environment — professional, elegant and understated.

Visual Style – Key Direction
Imagery should be subtle and symbolic, not literal. The cover can follow ONE of these conceptual directions (or you may propose a strong alternative in the same spirit):
• Threshold / doorway of soft light
• Ember / inner light / gentle glow
• Golden narrative thread subtly flowing / stitching / connecting
• Human silhouette emerging from shadow into light (abstract and minimal)
• Ripple / imprint / echo effect representing continuation or meaning
Avoid: crosses, doves, sunsets, praying hands, religious iconography, beach scenes, inspirational stock photography or “self-help” clichés.
