Job Description

I am creating a 16-book chess puzzle series titled Grandmaster Mates (Mate-in-1, Mate-in-2, Mate-in-3, Mate-in-4 — each with Vol. 1 to Vol. 4).

✔ The complete design layout, typography, spacing, hierarchy, and brand style are already finalized.
✔ I only need a designer who can polish, recreate cleanly, apply exact colors, and export final files.
✔ This job is not creative concepting — it is template-based production work.

What I Need (For This Job)

This job is only for:

Mate in 1 — Volume 1 (Front + Back + Spine)

You will:

Recreate my existing design in clean, professional layout

Apply the finalized color code: #FF5252 (Candy Red)

Ensure a uniform smooth gradient background

Match the exact typography hierarchy (title, subtitle, tagline, author name)

Use correct king/knight silhouettes, pips, separator lines, etc.

Align spacing, margins, and layout consistently

Prepare KDP-ready full wrap cover (with bleed)

I will provide:

Sample front cover (PNG/PDF)

Sample back cover (PDF)

All text (title, tagline, back blurb)

Color system for all 4 volumes


Spine width and KDP dimensions
