Book Cover Redesign & Typesetting
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have the background artwork for my upcoming book; now I need a reasonably priced cover layout that lets that image shine while instantly signalling a positive financial adventure. The palette must stay in the cool family—using mainly green text possibly along with dollar sign images.
The assignment is straightforward: craft and apply a dynamic, readable type treatment for an e-book cover. I’m open on overall aesthetic—modern, minimalist, or something more expressive—as long as the final composition looks clean, professional and adventurous.
Deliverables
• Print-ready cover (front, spine, back) in CMYK, 300 dpi, with bleed and trim marks
• E-book front cover in RGB (JPEG/PNG)
Acceptance criteria
• Typography is clear at thumbnail size and remains legible against the image
• Colour choices stay within cool tones and enhance the adventurous mood
• All critical elements fit safely within trim and gutter zones
