Somali Textbook curriculum redesign and update

Hello! I am located in Minnesota USA and I have a project I want to work on with a talented freelancer. There are a series of old and under designed textbook in the Somali language that I want to update and redesign for use in a language institute and general public. The text is too unclear and the books lack color and are very basic. Its a must for me that the freelancer is talented and patient with this job and offers to do the work at an affordable price. Some experience designing textbooks is a must and willingness to work with me on any challenges related to the somali language.
