Illustrator for a childrens book for tweens

Hello! I'm looking for an experienced illustrator for a children's book for tweens (7-12). My vision requires realistic illustrations with some color and some in black and white. I probably need more than 10 illustrations for the book, so preferably the illustrator should have experience working with larger scale projects. I'm looking for illustrations in the style of Charlie Macksey (The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse) -- pastel and/or water color; no bright colors. It is about a young boy (Jones) searching for his place in nature -- his identity --and who feels misunderstood by his family and friends. One day, Jones finds a secret closet in his room and in it, a pair of old shoes that are able to speak to him. The old shoes guide Jones on a successful journey of self-discovery. I'm confident that I will find an illustrator here that is up to the task and can turn my vision into a reality!
