iPad kiosk survey (3-4 questions) for a trade show with results printed on the spot

The activation consists of a simple skincare recommendation survey presented on an iPad kiosk.

Attendees will answer a small series of questions (approximately 3–5 questions) related to their skin type, skincare concerns, and product preferences.

Once the participant completes the survey and taps "Submit," the system will instantly generate a personalized skincare recommendation based on their responses.

The recommendation will automatically print on a Star Micronics receipt printer in a prescription-style format. The printed receipt will resemble a skincare prescription and will include:

• Participant's skin profile/results
• Recommended skincare products
• Suggested product regimen (morning/evening)
• Optional product descriptions or benefits

The goal is to provide attendees with a quick, personalized skincare consultation experience and a physical takeaway they can use when shopping for products after leaving the activation.

Required functionality:

Survey displayed on iPad in kiosk mode.
User completes survey and taps Submit.
Survey responses are evaluated against predefined product recommendations.
Personalized recommendation is automatically formatted into a receipt-style layout.
Recommendation prints immediately to the Star Micronics Bluetooth receipt printer without staff assistance.

This is not simply a survey collection tool; the survey responses must trigger a rules-based recommendation engine that produces a personalized printed skincare prescription immediately after submission
