Smart Furnace Control Card Design

I'm looking for an experienced electronic designer to create a control card for our furnaces. The card must be controllable via both Bluetooth and WiFi.

Key requirements:
- Functions: Temperature regulation and power management
- Connectivity: Bluetooth and WiFi
- Mobile app: Control app is undecided but preferred
