RFID & Bluetooth Asset Tracker
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
**Project: Cross-Platform RFID & Bluetooth Asset Tracking Mobile App**
We are seeking experienced mobile developers who have previously built applications integrating **RFID readers and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) tracking**. Only apply if you have real project experience in this domain.
### Project Overview
We are building a cross-platform asset tracking application for iOS and Android that combines RFID and Bluetooth technologies to enable fast, accurate equipment tracking — even in complex indoor environments.
### Core Requirements
The mobile app must:
• Display real-time asset locations via map or list view with automatic refresh from reader data
• Detect and display repeated tag reads within the same scan window
• Support stock-counting mode with the ability to define reading sessions and CAPA selections
• Show notifications for important events and allow remarks/notes per item, patch, or overall session
• Store full historical movement logs and allow export of tracking data
• Trigger alerts when assets leave zones, stay idle too long, or match configurable rules
### Technical Scope
• Integration with RFID reader SDKs and BLE scanning APIs
• Ability to connect with backend endpoints (details provided later)
• Must support API integration with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft platforms
• Framework choice is open (Flutter, React Native, or native Swift/Kotlin) as long as performance and UX feel native
### Deliverables
1. Production-ready iOS and Android apps
2. Clean, well-documented source code with deployment instructions
3. Demo video showing live tracking, history view, and alert setup
### Ideal Candidate
• Proven experience with RFID or BLE tracking apps
• Experience with warehouse, asset, or inventory systems
• Strong mobile UX focus
• Familiarity with enterprise integrations
Please include:
• Links to similar projects
• Brief technical approach
• Estimated timeline and team structure
We are looking for a long-term technical partner, not just a one-time developer.
