Mobile 3D Viewer with Bluetooth command Buttons

I already have a fully textured 3ds Max model plus short demo videos that show the exact interaction I need. Your job is to wrap this model in a lightweight mobile viewer that runs on Android. The user must be able to pinch-to-zoom, orbit, and pan the model smoothly; two on-screen buttons will also zoom the camera and simultaneously transmit predefined Bluetooth 5.0 packets to my external hardware.

I can deliver the .max file along with the precise hex strings for the Bluetooth commands. The build should render cleanly on mid-range phones and pair reliably with any Bluetooth device.

Acceptance:
• The app installs and runs on one Android device.
• Touch gestures perform as shown in the videos.
• Pressing either button updates the camera view and sends the correct Bluetooth packet within one second.
• Final delivery includes full source code and simple build instructions.
