Fix Azure OneDrive & Bluetooth

Job ID: 40253031

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

My tenant relies on Azure OneDrive and Azure Intune. Since making some recent policy changes, two critical problems have appeared:

1. Every user in the tenant is now blocked from opening OneDrive when they sign in with any personal Microsoft account. Business accounts still work; personal ones stall at sign-in.
2. On 2 Intune-managed laptop, Bluetooth refuses to pair or even discover devices, although Wi-Fi and everything else function normally.

I need a specialist who can:

• Audit the latest Azure AD / Intune policies, pinpoint what is preventing personal account authentication in OneDrive, and restore access for all users without weakening corporate security.
• Troubleshoot the laptop through Intune, local device manager, or registry as required, and get Bluetooth pairing operational again.

Please outline the steps you would take, the diagnostics you expect to run (PowerShell, Azure portal logs, Intune compliance reports, etc.), and the approximate time you need. I’ll test and confirm both fixes as the acceptance criterion.
