Embedded Systems Engineer for ESP32-S3 Speech Recognition

I'm on the lookout for a seasoned embedded systems engineer to help me with a high-accuracy speech recognition project using the ESP32-S3 board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement an embedded system with the ESP32-S3 board.
- Optimize and integrate the ESP-Skainet speech recognition library for our needs.
- Ensure the system achieves high levels of speech recognition accuracy.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient with the ESP32-S3 board.
- Extensive experience in embedded systems design.
- Strong skills in working with the ESP-Skainet speech recognition library.
The objective of the project is to create a system where a phone connects to an ESP32-S3 board via Bluetooth. The phone will send a user-defined keyword to the ESP32-S3, which will then be set for recognition. The ESP32-S3 board will use the ESP-Skainet library to detect the keyword from audio input captured by the INMP441 MEMS microphone. Upon recognizing the keyword, the system will activate an LED.
