Compact PCB Design for Wireless EEG

I'm looking for an experienced PCB designer to create a compact PCB for a wireless EEG system intended for consumer electronics.
The system will need to feature:
- Bluetooth connectivity
- Mobile app integration
- Rechargeable battery
Ideal skills and experience:
- Expertise in PCB design for consumer electronics
- knowledge of low-noise analog design
- biosignal acquisition
- Experience with Bluetooth and mobile app integration
- Knowledge of power management for rechargeable batteries
- knowledge of RF antenna layout for BLE
Scope of work:
Full schematic design
PCB layout (4-layer, low-noise analog design)
Component selection (BOM)
Gerber + manufacturing files
Basic firmware to stream EEG data over BLE
