Bluetooth Force Disconnection Device -- 2

I want this to be a pocket sized device with a Led display similar to that of a deoth watch. I want it to disconnect a Bluetooth device of my choice from all other connections and allow my phone to connect to it. I would also like for it to put the device in pairing mode if that is possible.
