Bluetooth Audio PCB Prototype Design

Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD

I am taking our new portable solid-surface speaker from concept to bench and need a compact, production-ready Bluetooth audio PCB that hits all the usual checkpoints before tooling.

Here is what I expect the board to do and include:
• Stream stereo audio over Bluetooth, nothing else—low-latency, rock-solid audio only.
• Host an on-board audio DSP chip (this is the heart of the project and where your deep expertise must shine).
• Integrate a proven power-management stage so the speaker can run from a single-cell Li-ion pack and charge over USB-C.

Process I want to follow
1. Schematic review: once the initial schematic is ready we walk through it together; catching issues here is cheaper than fixing traces later.
2. Layout to IPC-2221 (or equivalent) guidelines; please confirm you have boards that have already passed this class of review.
3. Native design files delivered alongside clean Gerbers, BOM, and pick-and-place data.
4. You arrange fabrication, assembly, and basic bring-up of at least one prototype.
5. Bench verification on an audio analyzer and oscilloscope—confirm DSP audio path, Bluetooth throughput, noise floor, THD+N and output power meet the schematic targets we agree up-front.

Deliverables (acceptance criteria)
• Complete, reviewed schematic and PCB layout files (Altium, KiCad or similar)
• Manufacturing package: Gerbers, drill, stack-up, assembly drawings, BOM, CPL
• Assembled, powered prototype board shipped to me and a short bench-test report with measurements and annotated photos
