I need a BLE beacon/sensor developer

I am looking to align with a strategic partner who can develop a BLE device with the following requirements:
- Powered by batteries (>12months service life)
- Transmits: "name of the device" and a "magnetic field reading in the z-axis"
- Advertising interval can be up to every 2 seconds
Further context:
- Frequency of reading by central device (Smartphone): once per day --> once per week
- Beacon cannot be physically interacted with
- The data transmitted will need to be post-processed by a mobile application
- Magnetic field reading will change slowly over time (3-12 month period)
- Up to 50 units to be within range of the central device at any one time - need to ID exact BLE device
- Intent is to produce the beacon/sensor at scale
If you believe that developing a solution along these lines is feasible, I'd appreciate receiving a price, lead time and evidence of previous work.
