Wearable Sensor Data Transmission

I'm developing a wearable sensor module using the MAX86141 PPG sensor (for heart rate, SpO₂, etc.) interfaced with a Seeed Studio Xiao ESP32-C3. The module incorporates LEDs (for the sensor), with the goal of collecting physiological data, processing it, and transmitting it wirelessly.
Key requirements:
- Advanced data processing: Filtering, basic computation, and advanced analysis.
- Data transmission: Via Bluetooth (BLE) or Wi-Fi.
- Delivery: To a nearby PC, mobile app (iOS/Android), or server.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
