Load cell/weight scale hardware build with BLE and RFID integration/broadcasting -

I'm working on a project that requires one or multiple weight scales / load cells to capture data on the current load and then broadcast it (I think broadcast? I dont know what other protocols are used for bluetooth BLE 5). The one other factor is that a RFID must be integrated as well to determine what is currently being weighed...and that information should also be broadcasted.
Requirements for the project:
- Must be tangible results...need to know how to capture inbound BLE content and prove your work.
- You're responsible for gathering the required hardware. I'm happy to pay for the hardware up front if you can provide the hardware list.
Let me know if you have questions. Honestly this is pretty easy...take data from two sources (load cell and RFID) and broadcast to BLE. That's really it. I just know nothing about hardware :).
