Flutter Developer for Health Product App

I'm looking for a skilled Flutter developer with experience in developing mobile apps that use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity. The app will be responsible for connecting with a range of smart health products.
Key Requirements:
- Experience with Flutter: We need someone who is proficient with Flutter and can develop a mobile app from scratch.
- BLE Connectivity: The app will be communicating with health devices using BLE. You should have prior experience in handling BLE communications.
- Health Devices: The app will be used to connect with blood pressure monitors, ECG, stethoscope, SPO2, and temperature monitors. Knowledge about how these devices operate and collect data would be beneficial.
Functionality:
- Data Collection: The main purpose of the app is to capture all the data from the connected health devices via Bluetooth and store it in the app.
- Data Accessibility: The stored data should be accessible offline, as we want users to be able to review their health data even when they are not connected to the health products.
