Esp32 OTA through BLE

I am looking for a skilled developer to integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) with ESP32 for over-the-air (OTA) updates. The desired outcome of the project is to enable OTA updates for ESP32 devices through BLE.

Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge and experience with ESP32 development
- Expertise in BLE integration with ESP32
- Familiarity with OTA update mechanisms
- Ability to work with BLE libraries and stacks
- Experience with BlueZ and/or NimBLE is a plus, but not required

The client has no existing integration with BLE and ESP32, so the developer will need to start from scratch. The client does not have a preferred BLE library/stack, so the developer can choose the most suitable option.

Overall, the developer should have a solid understanding of ESP32, BLE, and OTA update mechanisms, and be able to efficiently integrate BLE with ESP32 for OTA updates.
