Dogcollar with geofencing, OTA & tracking feature using EFR32 SiLab controller

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me develop a dog collar with geofencing, over-the-air (OTA) updates, and tracking features. The project will involve using the EFR32 SiLab controller.

Geofencing Feature:
- The desired range for the geofencing feature is up to 100 meters.

Wireless Transceiver Protocol:
- The collar will use WiFi as the wireless transceiver protocol.

Tracking Software:
- Real-time tracking software will be implemented for the collar.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with developing hardware and firmware using the EFR32 SiLab controller.
- Strong knowledge of WiFi protocols and wireless communication.
- Proficiency in real-time tracking software development.
- Familiarity with geofencing technology and its implementation.
- Ability to work on OTA updates for the collar's firmware.
