Bluetooth Low energy module w/ direct access to GPIO (without MCU)

I baught some samples of JDY-23 (https://fcc.report/FCC-ID/2AXM8-JDY-23/4936741.pdf)
My intention is to develop MCU-less BLE peripherals (contact acquisition, lights control).
According to its datasheet, the JDY-23 can do that through it's FFE2 characteristic.
But said characteristic is not exposed (I used a BLE scanner to analyze it). The vendor confirmed that only FFE1 characteristic is implemented (transparent UART).
I'm looking for someone who will find a module that do implement such feature.
