Job ID: 39671959

Budget: $50 – $150 NZD

I’m seeking an experienced firmware developer to create an Angle of Arrival (AoA) scanner firmware for asset tracking in indoor environments using the nRF5340 chip. Key requirements include extracting full tag information, including sensor data if available, transmitting data via TCP (MQTT Protocol) over Ethernet, and supporting simultaneous scanning of multiple AoA tags. Ideal skills include proficiency with the nRF5340 chip and development tools, a strong background in AoA technology and firmware, experience with TCP/IP or HTTP networking and Ethernet, and the ability to manage multiple data streams. Please provide examples of similar work you’ve done.

1. Develop a firmware that continuously scans for AOA tags.
2. Extract all the data, including sensor data if present.
3. Transmit the extracted data via TCP (MQTT) over Ethernet.
4. Scan multiple tags simultaneously and extract the data before packaging and sending it over.
5. Ensure the firmware has multi-threaded built-in functionality to perform its tasks without being blocked.

Available tools include:
- nRF5340-DK board
- AN240205-002 AoA Antenna (digikey product)
- WIZNet Ethernet HAT for Pico
