Structural Takeoff for Commercial Build
Budget: $750 – $1,500 AUD
I need a detailed, trade-segmented quantity takeoff for the structural package of an upcoming commercial building. The scope is strictly limited to footings, all concrete slabs (both ground and suspended), masonry blockwork, and concrete tilt panels. Once we agree to proceed, I will forward the full drawing set together with our project-specific measurement guidelines; those guidelines override any generic standards, so please follow them closely.
Your output should give me clear, auditable quantities ready for pricing. I’m expecting a spreadsheet (Excel or CostX export) showing measured areas, volumes, rates left blank, and a set of drawing mark-ups that prove each measure. If you work in Bluebeam, PlanSwift, CostX, or similar, that’s perfect—as long as the files remain editable.
Acceptance will be based on:
• Complete coverage of every element listed above
• Calculations traceable back to drawing references and gridlines
• Consistency with the project guidelines I provide
• Neatly organised sheets and mark-ups, delivered on or before the agreed date
