Residential Cost Estimate Portfolio -- 2
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking to acquire an entire portfolio of completed residential cost-estimation projects that I can republish in the future, provided you approve each use. Every project should mirror real-world bid packages and cover as many CSI divisions as possible—from site work through finishes—so readers can see a cradle-to-grave costing workflow.
File formats matter: I need both the native Excel sheets and the matching PDF markups. The spreadsheets should be clean, formula-driven, and traceable back to the quantities shown in the PDFs. Your markups can come from Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or comparable take-off software; what matters most is that every measurement, note, and assumption is clearly called out on the drawings so another estimator can follow the logic without guessing.
What to hand over
• A minimum of three distinct residential projects (new build, addition, or remodel—mix is up to you).
• For each project:
– A fully marked-up PDF set.
– The corresponding, fully linked Excel estimate, with subtotals rolled up by CSI division.
– Any supplemental material you already produced (scope narratives, exclusions list, RFIs, etc.).
Acceptance criteria
• Markups and Excel totals reconcile within a reasonable rounding error.
• CSI division headers match current MasterFormat numbering.
• All files open without missing fonts, macros, or external links.
Once delivered and verified, I’ll formally request your written approval each time I publish or excerpt the material elsewhere.
