Quantity Surveying / Estimation
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I'm looking for a skilled estimator to assist me in assessing material quantities for a project involving stone, wood, paint, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct accurate quantity take-offs for various materials
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that the project's needs are met
- Regularly update and review the project's material quantities
Ideal candidates for this project will have:
- Proven experience in estimation, with a focus on assessing material quantities (not essential)
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with the project team
- Excel equation skills like XLOOKUP and SUMIF
