Insulation PM & Estimating Support

I run a residential insulation company and need an organised partner who can jump in right away to streamline our pre-construction and close-out workflow.
Here’s what you’ll handle with me day-to-day:
• Generate accurate take-offs for fiberglass and spray-foam scopes directly from residential plans.
• Read and interpret home blueprints in Bluebeam and plan swift, marking up details so our field crews have clear, actionable information.
• Build clear construction schedules from scratch, showing durations, critical dates, and crew sequencing.
• After each project, pull together a concise post-mortem report that compares estimated versus actual labour, material usage, and timeline, highlighting lessons learned.
You must already be comfortable working inside Bluebeam for quantity take-offs and plan reviews. If you also bring experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or any basic scheduling software, that’s ideal—we’ll keep the tech stack lean and practical.
Communication will be through Zoom or Teams with shared Bluebeam sessions; I’ll supply the plans, historical data, and any templates you need. Accuracy, a sharp eye for residential construction details, and the ability to turn work around quickly will be key to our success together.
