We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and handle all submittals and shop drawings for roofing and EIFS projects. This is a freelance, remote position that requires proficiency in creating shop drawings using design software like AutoCAD or Bluebeam. You’ll collaborate with our on-site team and estimators to ensure smooth project execution.
Responsibilities:
Create detailed shop drawings for roofing and EIFS using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar software.
Prepare and manage submittals, ensuring timely submission and approvals.
Collaborate with on-site teams and estimators to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address changes and updates.
Maintain organized project documentation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with shop drawings and submittals in the construction industry.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or other relevant design software.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in roofing or EIFS projects is a plus.
Familiarity with construction standards and building codes.
