Detailed BOQ & Quantity Takeoff

I have a full set of architectural drawings and I need them transformed into a precise, trade-separated Bill of Quantities. The job covers Concrete, Reinforcement, Masonry, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Finishes, Roofing, and Doors & Windows. You may work in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, CostX, AutoCAD or any comparable take-off platform—whichever lets you capture every unit without guesswork.

What I expect from you
• A BOQ that lists each item with clear descriptions, units and quantities, mapped to CSI (or similar) divisions.
• A trade-wise quantity takeoff delivered in an editable Excel workbook.
• A brief note on the measurement methodology you followed so I can trace every figure back to its drawing reference.
• Calculations that stand on their own; if an assumption is unavoidable, flag it visibly.

You will receive only the architectural sheets, so please scan them carefully and raise any missing information before starting; I prefer to resolve gaps early rather than after numbers are issued.

When you reply, attach examples of past BOQs or takeoffs that demonstrate your accuracy and presentation style—past work is the key factor in my selection.
