Condo Lighting Plan Takeoff Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a full set of new-construction drawings for a 54-unit condominium and need a precise lighting takeoff only—no wiring, conduit, or other electrical items. Every residential unit, all common spaces, and the exterior areas must be covered. Accuracy matters: fixture counts have to tie back unambiguously to the exact fixture type shown on the plans and schedule.
Please return:
• A marked-up PDF (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) showing each fixture tagged.
• A spreadsheet summarising every fixture type, quantity, and location reference.
• Any assumptions or clarifications noted separately so the numbers can be audited quickly.
If you already work with on-screen takeoff software and are comfortable cross-checking against architecturalt and reflected ceiling plans, this should be straightforward. Turnaround time is flexible for quality, but let me know your expected completion date in the proposal.
