For every job I will supply drawings, photos, or on-site measurements; in return I expect a clear breakdown of surface areas, material quantities, labour hours, and any access or prep allowances you use in your calculations. Please base figures on current market pricing and standard coverage rates so I can plug them straight into my bids without rework.
