Commercial Flooring Takeoff & Quote Assistance
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need a reliable team that can jump straight into my stream of commercial tenders and produce accurate, well-presented take offs, mark-ups and complete quotes. Most of the work revolves around tile, vinyl, carpet, epoxy coatings, waterproofing membranes and screeding packages. Plans arrive through various estimation portals, but all measurement and annotation must be done in Bluebeam so I can review the live files with my own licence.
Typical scope on each job:
• capture every flooring element from the architectural and finishes schedules
• create colour-coded mark-ups on the PDF set
• export a clear quantity schedule (CSV or Excel)
• build an itemised quotation that breaks out material, labour and any sundries
