I regularly handle commercial projects and need a reliable electrical estimator who can open my PDF drawing sets in Bluebeam, extract the quantities, and deliver a polished bill of quantities that I can price and send a quote straight to builders
Here’s what I expect on every package you return to me:
• Clear labor-cost breakdowns tied to each line item
• A separate sheet listing the exact quantity of every symbol counted (lights, outlets, switches, data points, etc.)
• All formulas left visible so I can trace your logic if a client has questions
- Underground lengths and submains lengths
I’ll supply the drawings, scope notes, and any addenda. Turnaround is usually three business days, but let me know if a larger set needs more time—communication is key. If this first job goes smoothly, I have ongoing work ready to queue up immediately.
