I have a new bundle of commercial plans ready to go in Bluebeam Revu and I need every specified floor and wall area highlighted with my company’s standard color legend. You’ll open the PDFs, use the Measurement and Spaces tools for absolute accuracy, and follow the callouts I provide so no square foot is missed or double-counted.
Deliverables
• Marked-up PDF set with the approved color coding applied to each required floor and wall segment
• Itemized take-off exported in both CSV and Excel formats, listing the square footage for every individual floor and wall area exactly as Bluebeam reports it
The first package must be turned around within one business day. Once I verify the numbers line up, I’ll have a steady stream of additional projects ready for the same workflow.
