Bluebeam Area Markup & Takeoff
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a set of construction drawings that need to be opened in Bluebeam Revu and carefully marked up. For each plan I will indicate exactly which areas to cover; right now the scope is limited to floors and walls. Using the color legend I provide, you will highlight every required area and then generate a clear, itemized take-off table.
Deliverables
• Marked-up PDFs with colored highlights on all designated floors and walls
• An export (CSV or Excel) listing square footage totals, broken down by each floor and wall segment so my estimator can drop the figures straight into our cost sheet
Accuracy is essential—every measurement must match what Bluebeam reports. If you already work with the built-in Measurement and Spaces tools, this task should feel straightforward. Turnaround on the first set is one business days, with a lot more projects to follow once we see consistent results.
