Blog Launch Mentoring Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already own reliable hosting and several unused URLs, and I’m comfortable with basic tech tasks, yet the actual road from “empty domain” to a fully-running, population-health-focused blog that spotlights my business still feels hazy. I need an experienced blogger or blog-coach to walk me through the entire process, highlighting the steps I don’t know I’m missing.
Here’s where I stand right now:
• Niche is clear—Population Health—with the secondary goal of driving publicity for my company.
• Infrastructure exists—hosting is active and domains are registered.
• Platform is undecided—WordPress, Blogger, Wix, or any other sensible option are all on the table.
What I’m hoping you can provide is a structured, interactive set of sessions (video call or screen-share) that covers:
1. Selecting and configuring the best platform for my goals and skill level.
2. Pointing my chosen domain(s) to the new blog and verifying everything resolves correctly.
3. Installing and customising a theme, ensuring mobile-friendly design and basic branding.
4. Laying out essential plugins or built-in features for SEO, analytics, security, and email capture.
5. Crafting an initial content and promotion plan so the blog gains traction from day one.
6. Delivering a concise checklist or SOP that I can reference whenever I need to repeat or extend the process.
I don’t need someone to do every click for me—I want to understand the “why” behind each action so I can maintain and grow the site confidently on my own. If you’re a patient instructor who has successfully launched health-related or similar authority blogs before, I’d love to collaborate.
Obviously I will pay more than the $30 indicated, but I am interested in what you would charge for this project. Flat rate bids only please - not entertaining any hourly situations.
