new blog setup, management

Looking for experienced guidance from someone who knows how to produce a successful blog. I will lean on you for guidance with setup, visibility, and repeat views of my new art/writing blog. I have paintings and prints available for sale, and most importantly, I want to build a sizeable audience to my blog and related social media pages (followers) by December 2024 when my next book is released. You will help set up best WordPress plugins (if necessary) for blogging and sharing blog content. I am trusting you for an efficient and clean plan and adding any necessary plugins/apps. This may be a single project or a possible weekly/bi-weekly checkin I will lean on you to guide me to successful practices as outlined in the article at https://blog.hubspot.com/marketing/blog-strategy-guide, including:
- blog page design (if necessary)
- implement keywords for SEO ranking
- connecting to social media accounts (Twitter, FB, Insta)
- how to repurpose for social media
- implementing CTAs to build a mailing list (MailChimp)
- setup/tracking/interpreting analytics (Google Analytics)-
- possible tweaking of my site's UI for better UX (?).
