I need a blog designer for my client

I am a speech pathologist and I work with a lovely young lady who sustained a brain injury after a car accident a few years ago. She is active on social media and wants to create a blog so as to inspire people and build a profile of followers to raise awareness about brain injury. We need someone to help us design a blog.
