Using Facebook Posts to create Inspiried Art Book

I am an artist and a writer. My desire is to design and create an art book with all of my subsequent writings for each art piece. For about the past 2 years, I have steadily been posting blogs / short writings on Facebook and Instagram... paired with the subsequent art piece. I want to create a book that is a full collection of the majority of these, almost like a book of short stories, if you will. However...I have no idea where to start! LOL! ? I'm not sure how I would even begin to organize these and transfer them into other formats that would allow a book to be designed from. Looking for someone to tackle this kind of project and wondering what it might take. :-)
