Seed Smart-Home Forum Content -- 3

Job ID: 39835011

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

We are seeking a creative and reliable individual to help kickstart our new online community at x e a z y . c o m . The forum is built on BBPress and the Ultimate Member's plugin. The forum is focused on smart homes, home automation, privacy, and creating reliable, user-centric technology solutions.

The primary goal of this project is to "seed" the forum with high-quality content and conversations to make it feel vibrant and welcoming for our first organic members. This involves creating and managing a small cohort of user personas who will post, ask questions, and interact with each other and the site admin.

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities:

Persona Development: Create and manage 15 distinct user personas based on archetypes that we will provide (e.g., "DIY Enthusiast," "Privacy-Focused Professional," "New Smart Home User," etc.).

Account Creation: Create the 15 forum accounts and the associated free email accounts needed for registration. These will be introduced gradually over the first few weeks (e.g., 4-5 new accounts per week) to simulate organic growth.

Profile Completion: Fill out the user profile for each persona in an organic way. Some profiles should remain minimal, while others (especially the 'expert' or 'helper' personas) should be more detailed with information like a bio, signature, or profile picture.

Content Generation: Author approximately 300 high-quality forum posts over the 30-day period. The posting volume will ramp up weekly to feel natural, in line with the gradual introduction of new user accounts. The approximate weekly targets will be:

Week 1: ~50 Posts

Week 2: ~70 Posts

Week 3: ~80 Posts

Week 4: ~100 Posts

Diverse Engagement: The content should be varied and appear natural. This includes:

Starting new discussion topics.

Replying to existing threads (started by other personas or the admin).

Asking insightful questions.

Providing helpful answers and sharing experiences.

Writing both short posts (e.g., "Thanks, that worked!") and longer, more detailed posts about projects, questions, or opinions.

Organic Scheduling: Spread posting activity throughout the day, simulating activity across US time zones.

Content Sourcing: You may source ideas and topics from places like Reddit, Facebook groups, or other tech forums, but all content must be completely rewritten and adapted to fit the persona's voice. AI tools can be used for ideation, but all posts must be fact-checked and heavily edited to sound human and authentic.

Tracking: Maintain a shared Google Sheet (template to be provided) to track all posts for easy review and collaboration.

Project Deliverables:

A minimum of 300 high-quality forum posts by the end of the 30-day contract.

A spreadsheet containing the full login credentials for all 15 personas (forum username/password and email account username/password).

The final, completed Google Sheet tracking all posts made during the project.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Excellent command of written English with the ability to convincingly write in multiple, distinct voices and tones.

A demonstrable interest in or knowledge of smart home technology (e.g., Home Assistant, Hubitat, Apple Home, Zigbee, Matter, etc.).

Experience with community management, forum seeding, or content moderation is a strong asset.

Highly reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently to meet weekly posting goals.

Proficient with Google Sheets for project tracking and communication.

How to Apply:

Please submit your fixed-price bid for this entire 30-day project.

In your proposal, please include the following:
