Organise my 30-50 blog post drafts!

I have a business and I have about 30-50 drafts that i've half written. I need to post them on my blog but i'm overwhelmed. Looking for someone to help 1) Organise them 2) edit some of the articles 3) Prioritize them by ones that are almost done vs half done vs not done at all
so that i can finish these drafts and post it :) Thank you!
