Feeling Stressed About Starting a New Job

I am a licensed social worker. My company requires that I write 2 blog posts per month with very explicit instructions (attached). I have also included examples. I have given it my best shot but can't seem to get it right. I am tired and frustrated. I am looking to pay someone to do this work for me.
