We are looking for a freelancer who can coordinate image replacement for 1,500 blogs. The website is built on Hubspot. On average, less than 5 images need to be replaced per blog post.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Hubspot CMS/website builder
- Excellent project coordination and management skills
- Good communication skills to ensure smooth collaboration with our team
- Attention to detail to ensure all images are replaced correctly
- Good SEO skills and strong ability to name alt text using AI tools like chatgpt
- Knowledge of image optimization best practices
- Ability to work within a tight deadline

We are re-inventing all images to be unique and crafted with a nod to pop culture with a fun aesthetic that'll knock our readers' socks off - and be super shareable.
And we need someone to coordinate the project, review the content, and upload it to Hubspot replacing all images. Oh, and if you know your way around SEO and image optimization, then you're really speaking our language!
Our mission is to replace the 5,000+ images on about 1,500 blogs on our Hubspot platform. No sweat, right? The images include movie and TV shows, a mix of stock photos and celebrity or entertainment imagery. Each graphic artist will first develop and get approved a design plan for the revamped images that incorporates our agency name like a signature; and then implement - by designing the graphic. You will be uploading and swapping out the image in Hubspot and adding alt text.
Time management skills are important, as we're looking to get this project done in a reasonable timeframe. A strong attention to detail is key - we want consistency and no third weird arms or extra fingers from the AI generated art.
