Blog Manager for website specialized in antennas, antenna accessories, IoT
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
Our Blog is on our BigCommerce website. You do not need to know anything about BigCommerce (or what you need to know can be learned on the job): The blog is a simple type as compared to WordPress. We will not ask you to do very complex technical functions, other than what is outlined below:

The first part of the project: I will ask you to edit some some posts/articles on our blog. If you do a good job with the initial project tasks: Step by step we will progress to your becoming our blog manager.
The Freelancer needs to be capable of:
- Posting new blog posts (and adding images: See below).
- Editing articles right on the blog
- Add hyperlinks and anchor text (link to appropriate internal page, based on a table (in spreadsheet) of anchor text (keywords) and hyperlinks
- Reformat blog posts that have issues with the formatting: Inconsistences; and/or need some text converted to Hader format. HTML, CSS
- Add images into blog posts, hyperlink the images (also using the table mentioned above) ; alt text, titles.
- The Freelancer needs to be able to review existing articles, compare them with new articles, and figure out how to merge them: This will include finding related older blog-posts with content that needs to be updated and figure out how to merge these with newer content that is being added: In some cases merging a new article with an old article, to update the technical aspects, newer technology, etc.
- Tag posts as requested
- If you have some knowledge about antennas and wireless technology: This will be very beneficial.
