Three-Email Course Welcome Sequence
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I’ve just launched an online program for brand-new entrepreneurs and I want a short, high-impact welcome sequence that warms them up and nudges them toward enrolling in the $297 course. The voice has to feel friendly, professional, and motivational—something that instantly builds trust, showcases a few inspiring success stories from past students, and ultimately drives readers to click “enroll now.”
Here’s the flow I have in mind:
• Email 1 – A warm welcome that delivers the lead-magnet freebie I promised on the opt-in page, sets expectations for what’s coming, and sparks curiosity.
• Email 2 – A quick, actionable tip that demonstrates real value and subtly reinforces the transformation my course provides. I’ll also mention one extra free resource to over-deliver on goodwill.
• Email 3 – The pitch: introduce the full course, weave in two or three brief success stories, present a limited-time special offer, and end with a clear CTA to sign up for the course.
Acceptance criteria
• Each email around 250–350 words, written in conversational American English
• Subject lines + preview text included
• Clear, singular CTA in every email (final email’s CTA: Sign up for the course)
• Copy formatted for easy pasting into Mailchimp or Klaviyo
• Tone remains consistent: upbeat, encouraging, but never hypey
• Success stories are integrated naturally and feel authentic
Please share at least one example of a welcome or sales-focused email you’ve written so I can gauge fit and style. If you have experience mapping automations in Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ConvertKit, mention that as well—it’s a plus but not required. Looking forward to seeing how you’d bring this mini-funnel to life.
