Plumbing SEO for AI Overviews
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m looking to push our Florida-based drain cleaning & plumbing site beyond the Google Map Pack and straight into Google’s new AI Overview carousel. To make that happen quickly, I need a seasoned SEO who can move on three fronts at once:
• Content creation: I’ll share a detailed keyword and question list covering every service we offer—from hydro-jetting to slab leak detection. You’ll turn those prompts into concise, well-structured blog posts that directly answer local search questions and are ready for Google’s AI snapshots.
• Local schema markup: Each new article (and our existing core pages) must carry precise, JSON-LD schema for LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and HowTo where appropriate, tying every job type back to our service areas across Florida’s Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County.
• Technical fine-tuning: I want you to audit and polish the current content so it aligns with EEAT best practices: internal linking improvements, meta tag cleanup, image alt text, page speed tweaks—whatever it takes to help Google surface us in generative results.
Acceptance criteria
1. Minimum 10 fresh, fully-edited blog articles (750–900 words each) delivered in Google Docs, with schema blocks supplied separately for implementation.
2. Updates applied to our top 15 legacy pages, including revised on-page copy, new FAQs, and added schema.
3. A brief technical report outlining changes made and any remaining issues that could impede AI Overview visibility.
If you’ve already navigated SGE, Bard, or other AI-driven SERP features for local businesses, I’d love to see examples. Let’s get our pipes—and our rankings—flowing.
